As Executive Project Director for Cedars-Sinai Health System, Robert leads the project team developing the Advanced Health Sciences Pavilion, a new 800,000 square feet clinical research and patient care building currently under construction and scheduled to open in May of 2013.

Robert’s professional career has been focused on healthcare facility planning, design and construction.

Prior to joining Cedars-Sinai Health System, Robert was the Partner for Healthcare at Jensen + Partners and Director for Facility Development at Saint John’s Health Center. As an architect he has been a principal and healthcare practice director at some of the nation’s leading healthcare design firms, including Perkins + Will, NBBJ, and Bobrow Thomas and Associates. As an architect his projects include the New Clinical Building at Johns Hopkins Hospital, the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, the Kohler Pavilion at Oregon Health Science University, and the Stanford University Cancer Treatment and Ambulatory Care Pavilion.

Robert is a registered architect and LEED accredited professional. He received a Master of Architecture from Cranbrook Academy of Art, and a Bachelor of Architecture from Montana State University.
