Regardless of where you're coming from, there are two routes to get to the parking lot & loading docks.
Use the first route (blue route on map) if:
Attendees: You're arriving before 11 AM on Saturday or Sunday.
A parking attendant will be at the parking garage selling tickets for $10
Sponsors/Exhibitors: You're bringing items in a delivery truck with a commercial license (take Sunset Blvd exit). You will need no permit to load at the docks. Please load-in and move your truck out as soon as possible as the docks will have a lot of traffic coming in.
Use the second route (green route on map) if:
Attendees: You're arriving after 11 AM on Saturday or Sunday. You'll have to purchase your pass here for parking at the SV Lot ($10) because the parking attendant at the conference parking lot will be off duty.
Sponsors/Exhibitors: You're bringing items in Vans/Vehicles without a Commercial License Plate. Loading passes are free of charge and are available for pickup at the Parking Kiosk listed on the map.
Driving Directions coming from the 405 Freeway (and from LAX)
ROUTE 1 (Blue Route):
Take 405 (San Diego Frwy) to Sunset Blvd. East
Take Sunset to Bellagio Drive. Enter the UCLA campus by turning right on Bellagio Drive.
Bellagio Drive dead-ends at a T-shaped intersection at De Neve Drive.
Turn left on De Neve Drive and drive 3/10ths of a mile down the hill to Sunset Village, UCLA.
There is a parking garage on your right (SV Parking). Signs will be placed by the parking garage elevator doors to direct you to Covel Commons.
ROUTE 2 (Green Route):
Take 405 (San Diego Fwy) to Wilshire Blvd, East
Take Wilshire to Westwood Blvd
Turn left onto Westwood Blvd
Drive up Westwood Blvd, past Le Conte & onto UCLA South Campus
After passing the UCLA Ronald Reagan Medical Center on your left, stop at the Parking Kiosk in the center divider betwen streets.
Pick up a parking pass ($10) from the attendant or loading permit (free) if you're delivering items to the loading docks & do not have a commercial license
Ask the attendant at the kiosk for a map before leaving & continue up Westwood Blvd
Make an immediate left onto Strathmore Drive at the first light
Drive underneath a long bridge and make your first right onto Charles E. Young Dr.
Continue up Charles E. Young Dr. until you are forced to make a left through a oneway road fenced off for construction
You will now be on De Neve Dr., continue up this road for about .8 miles (the road will curve slightly to the right).
There is a parking garage on your right at Sunset Village (SV Parking). Signs will be placed by the parking garage elevator doors to direct you to Covel Commons.
Coming from East/West via the 10 Freeway (Santa Monica Frwy)
ROUTE 1 (Blue Route)
Take 10 (Santa Monica Fwy) to 405 (San Diego Fwy) North
Take 405 (San Diego Fwy) to Sunset Blvd. East
Take Sunset to Bellagio Drive. Enter the UCLA campus by turning right on Bellagio Drive.
